Maaseik-vs-Roeselare
The biggest derby of the Belgian men’s volleyball championship EuroMillions Volley League went to the same team for the second time this season: Maaseik vs. Roeselare 3-1 (28-26, 25-27, 25-21, 25-19).
Jolan Cox with 24 points and the Luxembourger Kamil Rychlicki with 18 points were the most deserving players for Maaseik’s memorable win.
Hendrik Tuerlinckx tallied 26 points (4 served aces) while Arno Van De Velde made 14 points (6 kill blocks) for Roeselare, who remained No.1 in the standings in front of their fierce rivals. Both sides are leveled with the win-loss ration and number of points but with Roeselare having a better set ratio.
