FIN M: VaLePa lead by a 2-0 in finals, their setter Esko makes 8 kill blocks in Game 2!

VaLePa Sastamala did half the work in regard to defending the title in the Finnish men’s volleyball championship Mestaruusliiga.

The top-seed VaLePa Sastamala scored another straight-set win against No.4 Hurrikaani-Loimaa in the Mestaruusliiga 2017/2018 playoff finals. They prevailed in Game 2 by a 25-21, 25-17, 25-18. Thus, VaLePa did half the work in regard to defending the title.

Urpo Sivula and Olli Kunnari scored 14 points apiece for the winning side, while Mikko Esko added 8 kill blocks! Antti Ropponen scored 14 points for Hurrikaani. The Australian Max Staples made (13 digs, 46% perfect).

Game 3 is scheduled for April 15.
