In Asian classic Thailand celebrated victory after return in the second set thanks to Pimpichaya Kokram who was the top scorer of the match and the winning team. She scored 25 points while Onuma Sittirak added 16 points for the Thai team.
For Korea, Kim Yeon-Koung led their way with 23 points and Jeong-Ah Park scored 18 points.
