“It was a difficult semifinal. We are very happy because we played very good volleyball. Fakel are a very strong, physical team and they served well, but we had more power today. We are playing against a very strong Italian team. It’s a final so we will see what happens. It’s going to be a very good and spectacular match,” says Jenia Grebennikov, Trentino libero.
“I have played in Czestochowa six years ago. It is very nice to be back here in front of a Polish crowd. We did not start very well, Fakel were serving and receiving well. But from second set we played better and we did not allow them to play their game. We will play against a very strong team, but I hope that we will play a good game,” Srecko Lisinac, Trentino middle blocker.
“After the first set, Trentino started to play better. We had some issues, but the biggest difference was the block. We now need to rest physically for a match against Resovia,” says Camillo Placi, Fakel coach.
