Italian media reported that the FIVB has made the name of the new host of the 2020 Men’s Volleyball Nations League Final Six official at the last VNL Council held in Lausanne, Switzerland. The decision was to move the event (July 1-5) from Chicago, USA, to Turin, Italy. As it was known from earlier, the FIVB decided to give up on organizing the F6 in Chicago due to the USA’s national holiday.

With great satisfaction, the Italian Volleyball Federation (Fipav) has informed media in the country about the agreement reached between them and the FIVB but then, announced one more note on the same day in order to correct the previous one. In this note, Fipav stressed that all the agreements necessary to formalize the organization of the event haven’t been yet defined.
