Tunisia won’t replace Russia after all: China back in Men’s VNL lineup

by WoV

The Men’s National Team of China is back in the FIVB Volleyball Nations League’s lineup.

China Men

The International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) has confirmed that the China Men’s National Team will compete in the VNL in 2022, which is planned to begin in June. This means that, after all, Tunisia won’t be the 16th squad of the event – the Asian side will take the place of Russia, an outcast from international tournaments because of a war. China makes its return to the VNL after the absence of 2021, caused by the logistical problems related to the Covid-19 pandemic.

In this way, the participation of all 16 teams in the renowned FIVB Men’s VNL has been confirmed.
