VK Slávia EU Bratislava achieved a notable milestone in the club’s history – they won the 20th title of the Slovakian women’s volleyball champions.

VK Slávia EU Bratislava won the jubilee 20th championship title in Slovakia. In the fourth final match of the 2021/22 Niké Extraliga Ženy playoffs, the club from the country’s capital triumphed over Volley project UKF Nitra 3-0 and won the series 3-1. Thus, the head coach Michal Matušov’s charges took revenge on Nitra for a loss in February in the final of the Slovak Cup.
Ema Palkovičová top-scored Slávia in Game 4 with 19 points, including 4 blocks. The Bratislava side defended the championship title, actually, they took the third title in a row.
