Today they outplayed Poland in straight sets (25-21, 25-17, 25-23) and finished Week 1 on the second position.
A team of coach Giovanni Guidetti this time didn’t have any problem except in the third set which they finished with the point difference.
Meliha Ismailoglu once again was the best scored with 13 points while Seyma Ercan added Turkey 12 points. On the other side, Malwina Smarzek scored 15 points for Poland.
