France beat Germany by a 3-2 (25-20, 29-31, 20-25, 25-16, 15-12) in Paris in the last test match before the 2019 EuroVolley that will start on September 12. But, what might worry the coaching staff of the “Les Bleus” and their fans is the injury of the two outside hitters: Trévor Clévenot and Earvin Ngapeth.
As for Clévenot, he sustained adductor muscle injury and was not in the protocol for the match. On the other hand, Ngapeth was registered for the encounter but he felt a flank pain while hitting the ball at the warm-up. He underwent an examination immediately after the match.
