Great performance by Rasic
Milena Rasic led the way for her RC Cannes to a very convincing 3-0 (25-15, 25-18, 25-13) victory over Quimper. With 16 points she was the game’s top scorer and she did it with only 10 attempts in attack! Her percentage was great 10-8 but also she had 6 blocks and 2 aces.
Nantes got three points after a home win versus Béziers, 3-1 (23-25, 25-11, 25-22, 25-18). Guests snatched first set win but from that point on they went only down. Vandesteene had 15 points on the night with some impressive attack numbers – 22-14 for 64%.
Hainaut made an amazing comeback after trailing 0-2 at home vs St-Cloud Paris. Guests led early and led convincingly. After two sets 17-25, 20-25, it seemed like Hainaut will be blown up by Parisian side, but Hainaut pulled back and won 3-2 fairly dominant 25-19, 25-17, 15-10.
