Cesar Hernandez Takes the Helm!

The French Volleyball Federation has announced Cesar Hernandez, a 47-year-old Spaniard, as the new head coach of France’s women’s national team. Currently leading the Neptunes de Nantes, Hernandez replaces Emile Rousseaux, who coached the team from 2017 through their historic debut at the Paris 2024 Olympics.

Hernandez is tasked with guiding France through the 2025 Volleyball Nations League and the World Championship in Thailand. Officials, including Federation President Eric Tanguy, expressed confidence in his ability to elevate the team further after their recent rise in international rankings.
