France easily beat South Korea away in straight sets 25-17, 25-21, 25-21. Antonin Rouzier was the best scorer with 13 points, while Ngapeth contributed with 12. Le Roux scored 11 points.
On home side Myung-Geun Song scored 19 points.
The other match from this Pool was more exciting! Japan had 2-0 lead but Czech Republic managed to make amazing turnaround and to win the match 3-2 (22-25, 20-25, 26-24, 25-23, 15-10).
Jan Stokr was the hero of Czech Republic with 26 points. Yuki Ishikawa had 25 for Japan!
