BR Volleys Reach 14th Straight Championship Final

The BR Volleys are back in the German Volleyball Championship Final for the 14th consecutive time. With a commanding 3-0 (25:15, 25:15, 25:19) win over Helios Grizzlys Giesen in front of 4,215 fans at Max-Schmeling-Halle, the Berlin squad completed a clean sweep in the semifinal series.
From the first whistle, Berlin’s defense and blocking game overwhelmed Giesen. Standout performances came from Nehemiah Mote with a strong blocking display, and Jake Hanes, who delivered powerful serves and led the offense with 15 points. Libero Kyle Dagostino also shined with 79% positive reception.
Now, Berlin awaits their final opponent—either VfB Friedrichshafen or SVG Lüneburg. The finals kick off on April 27.
