Olympiacos secured a place in the final round of the CEV Champions League qualifiers after winning two crucial sets against Guaguas Las Palmas, ensuring their advancement despite a 3-2 defeat in Spain. The Greek team had previously won 3-0 in the first leg in Piraeus and needed just two sets in the second leg to progress. Las Palmas won the match 3-2 (25-17, 05-25, 17-25, 25-22, 19-17). Rafail Koumentakis led Olympiacos as their top scorer with 16 points, while Aleksandar Atanasijevic contributed 14. On the opposing side, Nicolás Bruno was the standout for Guaguas Las Palmas, also scoring 16 points.

Meanwhile, in another qualifier, Austria’s Hypo Tirol Innsbruck defeated HAOK Mladost of Croatia 3-1 in Zagreb (23-25, 25-20, 18-25, 17-25), confirming their progression to the next round. Michale Kyle Paulson and Kyle Hobus led the Austrians with 13 points each, while Đorđe Jovović of Mladost was the top scorer with 15 points.
