Although losing the first set many teams finally won the match in Saturday’s games for the Volleyleague. With the same score 3-1 and although they lost the first set Niki won over PAOK, Iraklis over Kifisia and Aris over Lamia. Is this a coincidence?
Niki Aiginiou won 3-1 the game against PAOK having Spencer McLachlin, Simo Dabovic and Georgopoulos in a great day. This was the first win of Niki as a home team in the Championship. PAOK lost his basic diagonal Apostolos Armenakis who was injured during the first set.
Iraklis Thessalonikis managed to win Kifisia in Athens. The home team had the basic diagonal Bellos injured (before the game) so they used him only during the first set.
