Ravenna had two excellent sets taking the lead 2-0 (25-21, 25-23). However, as of the third set, Lube Civitanova started playing much better, taking the next two sets to tie the score and then to win the tie break in a very convincing way 15-8.
Yoandy Leal was the top scorer with 27 points, while Osmany Juantorena had 19 points. On the other side, Giulio Pinali ended the game with 21 points.
