Zenit Kazan
The team from Kazan had to play a five-set match against ASK on the home court and to win the game barely after a drama in the tie-break.
ASK obviously saw some chances to win this game and their game plan was almost successful. However, it was enough to take two sets from Zenit.
Maxim Mikhailov was the best scorer in the home team with 26 points, while the foreign players in a jersey of Zenit, Ngapeth and Bednorz, contributed with 16 and 15 points.
On the other side, Dmitry Vietskiy scored 23 points.
Ivan Yakovlev led Zenit St. Petersburg to the win over Belogorie with 18 points. The team from St. Petersburg won the game in straight sets 25-16, 25-23, 25-17.
