Fenerbahçe Opet extended their series of wins in the 2020/21 Turkish Women’s Volleyball Championship to eight games.

Fenerbahçe Opet noted an eighth successive win in the 2020/21 Turkish Women’s Misli.com Sultanlar Ligi regular season.

In Round 21, the ‘Yellow Angels’ beat Çan Gençlik Kale Spor on the road in four sets, partially 23-25, 25-22, 25-15, and 25-17. Thus, Fenerbahçe tied with VakıfBank at the top of the charts (51 points apiece) but the latter has one match lees played. Eda Erdem Dündar top-scored Fenerbahçe today with 21 points, including 5 blocks, and made 70 % attack (16/23).

Eczacıbaşı VitrA (Saliha Şahin 15 points, Simge Şebnem Aköz 77 % reception; 54 % excellent) returned to the winning track by downing PTT (3-0) even though they played without Serbian Tijana Bošković.
