The captain of the reigning European champions, Italy, is the new player of Monza.

The 27-year-old outside hitter Sylla is undoubtedly one of the best performers in her role in the world. After all, her titles between the club and national team in the last three years speak clearly: a European gold in 2021 with Italy, three Italian league titles, three Italian Cups, three Italian Super Cups, and one CEV Champions League and FIVB Club World Championship – all with Imoco. The Best Outside Spiker of the last two EuroVolleys as well as the 2018 FIVB World Championship has left the ranks of the ’Panthers’ after four seasons, following the footsteps of Raphaela Folie, who also reinforced Monza, while Paola Egonu moved to Turkey’s VakıfBank.
