It was a strong weekend for Reale Mutua Fenera Chieri ’76 and Savino Del Bene Scandicci, both earning clean 3–0 victories in the eighth round of the Serie A1 Femminile Tigotà.

Chieri continued their impressive form with a solid win over CBF Balducci HR Macerata (25–21, 25–22, 26–24). It wasn’t as easy as the score suggests, as Macerata fought hard in all three sets, keeping the pressure high. Anett Nemeth led Chieri with 15 points and was named MVP, followed closely by Anna Gray with 14 points and 4 blocks, and Stella Nervini with 13. Scandicci dominated the opening and closing sets, while the second turned into a thrilling point-for-point battle. Ekaterina Antropova led the charge with 18 points and 3 aces, earning MVP honors. Avery Skinner added 16 points and Camilla Weitzel 10. Bergamo’s Kendall Kipp scored 13 points and was the team top scorer.
