Coach Angelo Lorenzetti chose Loris Mania as the new captain, but since the regulations doesn't allow the libero to be the captain, Mania decided that the new captains will be Andrea Sala and Dick Kooy.

“Sala will be the captain in the field, and in the rotation it will be Kooy. I’m glad the coach made the decision to make me the captain. We will alll try together to achieve our best.
