The Bosnian receiver/outside hitter is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, USA. While wearing the jersey of the Trojans she became the top scorer of the Sun Belt Conference, NCAA first division, for the three consecutive seasons (absolute record so far). Begić arrived to Monza from Italy’s Divison 2 team Volley Soverato.
Previously, Monza hired Spanish receiver María Segura from Delta Informatica Trentino (Division 2), Belgian middle blocker Freya Aelbrecht from Foppapedretti Bergamo and extended with middle blocker Francesca Devetag.
