A really strange situation occurred at the match between Piacenza and Trentino. Filipo Lanza made a spike, the ball went out of bounds, but Trentino called for a challenge as they thought that there was a block-touch made by Piacenza setter Raydel Hierrezuelo.
After reviewing the play, the referees decided that there was a block-touch and gave the point to Trentino, while that call made Piacenza squad very angry. Especially, after they saw the official replay…
Anyway, Piacenza defeated Trentino at the end by 3-1.
