Maicon
The 24-year-old product of Sesi-SP’s volleyball academy comes to supplement middle blockers department of Molfetta that in recent times, given the knee problems of Gabriele Di Martino, was reduced solely on Alberto Polo and Marco Vitelli.
Maicon arrived from Brazilian Superliga club Lebes/Gedore/Canoas, with whom he had a great last season, averaging 52% positive attack. See his points and blocking average.
Maicon will be accompanied in Molfetta with two more compatriots, João Rafael Ferreira and Thiago Veloso ‘Thiaguinho’. It is expected that Maicon will be at disposal of Molfetta coach already in tomorrow’s match against Revivre Milano.
