Zaytsev and Italian federation (Fipav) resolved a dispute ragarding the athlete’s shoes which he will wear during preparations for the 2017 CEV Men’s Volleyball Championship in Poland and the tournament itself. Nevertheless, according to Gian Luca Pasini, Sir Safety Conad Perugia player still did not appear in the training center in Cavalese, and will not, until the custom made pair of shoes by „Mizuno“ (official sports equipment supplier of Fipav) arrives for him, which was Zaytsev’s condition to renounce the shoes of his sponsor „Adidas“.
Does both Italian NT and player lose valuable time in getting ready for the 2017 EuroVolley?

this problem should last as long as possible. it is in favore to all other nationalteam because italian will be weaker

Re: @dee jae69 Juantorena will never come back to ITA national team. If they don’t make result Blenghini will cry for him. Now if things go bad he has excuse to say: Yes, but we don’t have Juantorena!
It is sad one national team depends on one player who is not even italian!!!
Re: @Axe You might be right that Osmany will never play for Italy again. Frankly I was surprised, I thought he only took break from World League like a lot of best players in other teams.
I agree with you that is sad state of affair of Italian team that have so many foreign players, because at the end of the day, national teams suffer even if they give some of them Italian citizenship. I personally think that two foreigners limits like in Russia is the best for national volleyball.
