Verona has seven points in the standings, and are coming from a win against Castellana Grotte and will try to give continuity to their performance. San Giustino, back from defeat in the derby against Perugia, will try to hit the first league win, and move up in the table.

Giorgio De Togni, has clear ideas: “We wanted to win in the derby against Perugia, unfortunately we did not succeed. Verona arrives next Sunday, a tough team, with great experience, it will not be easy, but we will try with all our strength to win, it would be nice for us and for our audience.

In training, we are working well, with intensity, but not enough. We need to take a step forward, the final leap. In Perugia we made mistakes on simple actions. We have to grow, especially in mental level ad, and to make a change of pace. Against Verona we will put a great performance, we must start off well, put them in difficulty in terms of rhythm, capitalize on all the opportunities that happen to us during the game. I still have to improve, especially in blocking. I’m working hard to reach the top of the form. After five rounds of the championship the strongest teams are beginning to emerge. We will meet teams within our reach in the next few rounds and must give our best.

This week in practice, we tried new solutions that will be useful during the season. We have thirteen people, and we are all available to our coach.
