Macerata – Modena
Modena got six points in the matches with Cuneo, Diatec Trentino and Macerata. Macerata now has two points less than Trento.
Lube payed for their absences (Kovar and Savani were known, Starovic and Podrascanin hit by flu) and the fatigue accumulated in recent weeks.
Ivan Zaytsev had a bad day and closed the match with only 29% in att., received 6 blocks and made 2 errors. Parodi also didn’t play well (only 34%), and Travica was well read from Modena‘s block which scored 14 times. Stankovic had 1 point and 25% att.
The MVP award goes to Celitans, author of 25 points with 64% attack. Deroo was good (18 points, 59% att., 4 block) and Quesque (17 points, 50% att. 1 block).
