In the last game of the women’s Korean V-League regular season, the top-ranked Heungkuk Life Pink Spiders went head-to-head against the second-ranked Hyundai Engineering & Construction Hillstate.
The Pink Spiders emerged victorious, solidifying their position as the leaders of the regular season. However, the match was rather lackluster, similar to the men’s competition, as the Pink Spiders had already secured their spot in the playoff finals by finishing first in the regular season. On the other hand, Hyundai Engineering & Construction Hillstate secured the second position and a place in the semifinals, where they will compete against the Korea Expressway Corporation, who finished third, in a best-of-three semifinal series.
Elizabet Inneh-Varga clinched the top scorer title in the regular season, with Laetitia Moma Bassoko following closely in second place and Jelena Mladenović taking the third spot.
