Foreign players have been chosen for the 2023/2024 season of the Korean V-League following the completion of the draft. However, the opportunities for players on try-outs were limited as four teams – Korean Air Jumbos, KEPCO, Ansan OK Financial Group, and KB Insurance – had already confirmed contract renewals beforehand. Additionally, it was expected that Yosvany Hernandez Carbonell would be the first pick and Ikhbayri would likely be selected by another team. Consequently, only one new player had oportunity to join the Korean V-League next season.
