Stuer Lowie scored 18 points for Belgium, Jonas Colson registered 14 and Arno Van De Velde finished with 10 for the Belgian team that dominated in block and serve with 11 points and 5 team aces (two by Colson and two by Florian Malisse).
Egypt‘s top scorer was Mohamed Hassan with 18 points. Mohamed Shehabeldeen finished with only 7.
Egypt will play for 11th place against the loser of the match between Korea and Finland.
The winner of this match will face Belgium to define places 9 and 10 of the competition that ends on Sunday.
