Hisamitsu will remain without Foluke Akinradewo and set their eyes on Fabiana Claudino to replace her, the Brazilian website Melhor do Vôlei reported.

The American middle blocker was an unreplaceable link in Hisamitsu’s chain in previous two seasons in which the club won two championship titles. But, since she made up her mind to leave Japan, Hisamistsu turned to a worthy replacement – a two-time Olympic champions Fabiana.

A 34-year-old Brazilian defended the colors of Dentil/Praia Clube in the last three seasons, winning the national title in 2018. So far, Fabiana played only one season abroad – the 2011/12 in Fenerbahçe Opet, Turkey.
