The players from Montenegro, Tatjana Bokan (Zhejiang) and Nikoleta Perović (Yunnan), highlighted Round 4 of the 2019/20 Super League regular season. Interestingly, both came to the Chinese league from the same team – Békéscsabai Röplabda SE, Hungary.

Bokan poured in 24 points in the thrilling win of Zhejiang, the second in a row in the tournament, against Shandong in Pool C: 3-2 (17-25, 25-20, 25-22, 15-25, 16-14). The other import in Zhejiang was at a high level as well. Slovenian Saša Planinšec set up 7 kill blocks (!), finishing the match with 18 points. Chinese prospect Song Liqi shone for Shandong with 26 points. Another prospect stood out in the losing side – the middle blocker Yang Hanyu (6 kill blocks). The libero Wang Mengjie made 81% reception (32 digs, 72% excellent).

As for Perović, she had the same scoring output as Bokan but her team has fallen to Liaoning in four sets, partially 23-25, 25-17, 25-18 and 28-26, in Pool D. Hu Mingyuan scored 21 points for the winners, including 5 kill blocks.

By sweeping Hebei in Pool C by a 3-0, Shanghai took over the leadership in the Super League charts over from Jiangsu. German international Louisa Lippmann top-scored for Shanghai with 21 points.
