Klemen-Cebulj
Prior to the test game for the Olympic Qualifications between the men’s national teams of Slovenia and the Netherlands, the Volleyball Federation of Slovenia (OZS) handed annual awards for best players in the country.
In the voting conducted through the OZS website and complemented by the votes of the OZS Expert Council, Klemen Čebulj was awarded the best male player in 2019, while Saša Planinšec won in the female competition. For both, this was the first recognition of this kind. Last year, Tine Urnaut and Iza Mlakar were named best in the country.
The OSS Expert Council selected Gregor Rozman as the best women’s team coach in 2019, while Matija Pleško was awarded as the best men’s team coach.
