The Korean Volleyball Federation (KOVO) will hold a draft of female foreign players in Seoul, on June 4. The 74 internationals have applied. Out of those 74 players, 45 will actually be in the draft (41 + 4 from the last season), by the decision of KOVO.
Just like men’s clubs, whose draft was held recently, the women’s clubs (six of them) will select one foreign player each through video records because the possibility of live assessment isn’t an option due to coronavirus pandemic.
As for big names that applied, there are Cubans Rosir Calderón and Heidy Casanova, Belgian Hélène Rousseaux, Puerto Rican Karina Occasio…
