August 20 is the date when the 2019/20 Chinese men’s Championship (Super League), which was suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic, will resume. The protocol for preventing the spread of the virus will be respected.
There will be 14 teams competing behind closed doors in a single venue, in the city of Qinhuangdao. The championship will be held in a group format. The four pools are formed of which two pools will consist of three teams and two pools of four teams. The first-round results from January, after which the competition was suspended, will count.
