Minas made the signings of an American duo for the 2020/21 season official. The outside hitter Megan Easy and the opposite hitter Danielle Cuttino are the new members of Minas.
Easy is the well-known name of world volleyball. A 31-year-old was a one-time Olympian (silver medal in 2012 London) and a four-time FIVB World Grand Prix winner (2010, 2011, 2012, and 2015). Easy was named MVP and Best Scorer of this tournament in 2012. The last club for which she competed was Italy’s Imoco Volley Conegliano (2017/18) after which she sustained a serious injury that sidelined her for nearly two years.
As for Cuttino, she’s the rising star of the US volleyball. The 24-year-old has just finished her first professional season, wearing the jersey of Italy’s VBC Èpiù Casalmaggiore.
