Olympiacos SFP have remained without several key players in the last few days due to the stoppage of the 2020/21 Greek Women’s Championship.
After German Saskia Hippe (who went to Brescia, Italy) and Styliani Christodoulou (joined Turkey’s Aydın), one more starter of the Piraeus team departed. A 30-year-old middle blocker Aikaterina Giota signed for Hungary’s Vasas after playing seven and a half season in Olympiacos.
