MNE M: Matijasevic new men’s national team coach

Ivan Joksimovic is no longer the coach of the Montenegrin men's national team. Montenegrin Volleyball Federation and Joksimovic mutually terminated the contract due to coach's obligations with his club. Nikola Matijasevic will be the new coach. He is currently working as the head coach of Chaumont.

Montenegrin Volleyball Federation thanked Joksimovic for his work and wished him all the best in his future personal and professional life.

Nikola Matijasevic will be his successor on the Montenegrin bench. Matijasevic is also the coach of the French Ligue AM team, Chaumont. In his coaching career he worked in German Moerser, French Asnieres Sport and Beauvais, and in Serbia he coached Partizan. He was Bosnia and Herzegovina‘s coach for the last two years. As a player he was a part of SFRJ national team with wich he won the bronze medal on the European Championship 1975. in Belgrade.

Matijasevic will start his engagement with training sessions on Kopaonik.
