
In a thrilling showdown at the 43rd Arab Clubs Men’s Volleyball Championship in Doha, Egypt’s Zamalek SC defeated their fierce rivals, Al Ahly (EGY), 3-0 to lift the coveted trophy. The final match, held at Abdullah bin Suhaim Hall, ended with scores of 25-21, 25-18, and 25-20, securing Zamalek’s third Arab title in history.
The Zamalek players were celebrated by Qatar Volleyball Association President Ali Ghanem Al Kuwari and Arab Volleyball Federation President Sheikh Ali bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, who presented them with the championship cup and gold medals. Al Ahly took home the silver medals, while Al Seeb SC from Oman claimed the bronze after a 3-1 victory over Qatar’s Police SC.
