Mladost Overpowers Centrometal
League leaders Mladost defeated third-placed Centrometal 3-0 (25:18, 25:21, 25:18) in just 77 minutes. Although Centrometal had an early lead in the first set, Mladost quickly turned the game around and controlled the rest of the match. Key stats: blocks (9-5), aces (7-1), attack points (35-29), and reception efficiency (62%-51%) favored Mladost.
Ribola Kaštela Triumphs Over Marsonia
Second-placed Ribola Kaštela claimed a 3-0 (25:21, 25:22, 25:23) win against Marsonia in Slavonski Brod. Despite a late push from the home team, Ribola Kaštela remained composed, closing the match in 77 minutes. Coach Ivan Rančić acknowledged a tough battle, noting that Marsonia’s squad was strengthened by the return of Zečević.
Mursa Osijek and Rijeka Secure Comfortable Wins
Fourth-placed Mursa Osijek defeated Cratis Varaždin 3-0 (25:23, 25:18, 25:13) after rallying from a 23:20 deficit in the first set. Meanwhile, Rijeka cruised past Rovinj 3-0 (25:16, 25:15, 25:15), with the first set being the only competitive moment.
Sisak Wins Relegation Battle Against Split
In the most intense match of the round, Sisak edged Split 3-1 (25:22, 26:24, 18:25, 25:23) after 118 minutes. Despite a strong third-set performance by Split, Sisak sealed the win, earning crucial points in the relegation battle.
