On the final matchday of the regular season in Denmark, two in-form teams faced off—both unbeaten in 2025. Gentofte emerged victorious and will enter the playoffs undefeated as the No. 3 seed.
Aarhus had already built a comfortable lead and secured the regular-season title with just one loss in 2025, cementing their dominance.
Meanwhile, Nordenskov and Odense Volley battled head-to-head for second place. Missing their star player, Sigurd Varming, Odense suffered a surprising 1-3 home defeat and will have to settle for the No. 4 seed.
Underdogs ready to challenge the top teams
Middelfart, Vestsjælland, DHV Odense, and Ikast enter the playoffs as underdogs against the top four.
Each team has experienced ups and downs throughout the season, but they are ready to fight for every point and push the favorites to their limits.
Relegation battle heats up
At the bottom of the table, Hvidovre suffered a major blow, losing top scorer Brendan Hardt due to personal issues. They now face a tough battle against Amager to stay in the Volleyligaen.
Amager, however, received a huge confidence boost in their last match, securing a dominant 3-0 victory over DHV Odense, leaving their opponents red-faced going back home.
