
HAOK Mladost began their MEVZA League season with a convincing 3-0 (25-21, 25-22, 28-26) win against OK Dinamo at the House of Volleyball Bojan Stranic in Zagreb. The reigning champions delivered a composed performance, maintaining control in key moments to secure a straight-sets victory.
Captain Ana Ištuk, who scored 14 points, expressed satisfaction with the team’s start while acknowledging room for improvement:
“We’re happy — we achieved our goal. We said we wanted 3-0 and we got it. Still, we believe our game can grow, and we can play even better.”
Andrea Koraca led all scorers with 15 points, while Mirta Freund added 12 and Tonka Bošnjak 10. The result confirms Mladost’s strong start to their title defense.
