Kenya’s Lydia Maiyo led all scorers with 17 points, followed by Everlyne Makuto with 11 points and Brackcides Khadambi with 10 points.
“Our goal is to finish on top and be among at the Final Four. Today we take an important victory as we want to continue winning. We have faced Algeria so many times that we are very familiar with what they can do, but they now have a younger team and are in changing process” said Khadambi.
