Turkey coach Massimo Barbolini: “I am very happy because two days ago the atmosphere was different. It was very hard to imagine winning two rounds in a row so congratulations to my team. They have been playing an unbelievable Grand Prix. They are playing with heart not just technique and tactics. I am sure we will continue like that.  It is important to train hard like this and try during the matches.  If you look to Grand Prix history, how many teams to win two rounds in a row, you will see world’s best teams like Cuba, Brazil Italy. We are very happy to achieve this success.”

Turkey captain Gozde Sonsirma: “We did a great job on the court. We played without a mistake especially in the first two sets. we had ups and downs in the third set but we won eventually. This win is very important for the finals. Congratulations to my teammates and Germany.”

Germany coach Giovanni Guidetti: “Congratulations to Turkey. They are playing very good, without a mistake. We had many troubles. We are not good enough at the moment. We will use this match to be better and learn.”

Germany captain Margareta Kozuch: “Congratulation to the Turkish team. It was very hard for the mto play after two five-setters but they were still aggressive. We made mistakes and lost.”
