Bulgaria defeated Canada after a big comeback – from 0-2 to 3-2! That was the first win for the team led by Plamen Konstantinov in this edition of the World League, while it was also the very first loss for Canada after three consecutive victories.
It would be unfair to nominate just one MVP of the match, because two players decided the winner. Vladimir Nikolov and Todor Alexiev had a great game, and they scored 25 points each!
In the defeated side, Gavin Schmitt was leading the troops with 17 points.
