In the first semifinal Turkey has defeated Cuba who until this match was unbeaten at the competition. The Turkish players were amazing, they finished this match in straight sets and qualified to their first final at this age category.
In the big final Turkey will face Russia who defeated Italy in the second semifinal.
The Russians stayed without defeat at this competition and they have a good chance to win the gold medal.
In the Turkish roster the best attacker was Gokhan Gokgoz with 21 points followed by Metin Toy 17 points. Opposite Alexander Kimerov from Russia was the most productive with 17 points.
Italy and Cuba will play for the bronze medal.
