Bulgaria
The first set was the most uncertain! Bulgaria had set point, but Finland managed to save and even to get a set point. But, afterwards, powerful spike of Nikolov, and block of Yosifov gave Bulgaria 1-0 lead.
In the second set, Finland surrendered! The Bulgarian side simply smashed the rival for two sets of advantage 2-0!
The Finnish team woke up in the third set. They had an answer and managed to decrease the result. But, they didn’t have enough power to tie the result. Bulgaria took the win and stayed in race for the semis. Finland are in difficult situation.
Todor Skrimov was the best scorer with 26 points, while Ojansivu had 18 on the other side.
