“We had good preparation and we worked a lot” Jacques Beraud the French coach said. “The team is a little tired at the end of the preparation and impatience to start the competition, we are somewhat in between. The girls are aware of the stakes and the level of their opposition. They know they are able to take their game: they have ambition. They will have to free themselves in a different atmosphere.”
They are in the group with Turkey, Belgium, Serbia, Slovenia and Slovakia. The team that finishes 1st or 2nd will reach the semifinals.
