Two top scorers in Volero Zurich agree that their team can play much better than it was the case in the match against Bangkok Glass.

Led by 20 points of Olesia Rykhliuk and 17 from Dobriana Rabadzhieva, Volero Zurich successfully passed the first test at the FIVB Women’s Club World Championship 2016. Still, the players from the Purple squad stated that they need to improve couple of things for the upcoming games.

“We are happy because of the win, of course, but we are not completely satisfied with our overall performance. We did not do our best. It was the first match and we were worried how we are going to start the tournament. Still, I think it will be better over the time,” said Olesia Rykhliuk.

Her teammate Dobriana Rabadzhieva also believes that Volero Zurich will play better in the following games.

“It is always good when you start the competition with a win. We knew it would be hard and it was. We are not satisfied with the way we played today, but I think we are going to improve our game during the tournament. As you can see, we have many players who can enter the match and change things in our advantage. I think that is very good for the team,” said Rabadzhieva.
