TAN: New season set to begin for local teams in Tanzania

Preparations for the forthcoming National Club Championships in Tanzania. Leading top clubs are Prisons, current club champions Mzinga of Morogoro, Jeshi Stars, Geita Gold Mines and Dodoma Lutheran Church.

This year’s National Club Championships are expected to attract more than 16 teams from different corners of the country.

Among them will be such leading top clubs as Prisons, current club champions Mzinga of Morogoro, Jeshi Stars, Geita Gold Mines and Dodoma Lutheran Church.

The winners of the national club championships will represent the country in next year’s Continental Club Championships.

Jeshi Stars represented Tanzania in this year’s Women’s African Club Championship in Kenya.
